Rue Grappa

Rue Grappa is produced with artisan processing, obtained by letting the rue branches rest in the bottle of grappa  for at least three months. Rue branches are harvested in the hills areas where it grows wild. This way, it retains all its digestive properties and its fragrance which are slowly absorbed by the grappa. The liqueur has the dry and characteristic taste of rue, and is recommended to serve it slightly fresh.
